Our Mission
Partners Advancing Student Success, Inc. (PASS) is a nonprofit organization that focuses on improving student success by providing support and services to students. PASS aims to increase graduation rates and keep students on track to finish high school.
PASS has served a total of nearly 52,000 local students through a variety of different methods.
Of 283 local students,
PASS showed a 91.9% promotion rate and 93.3% graduation rate.
With the support of PASS, Carroll County School System continued the district's record of graduation rates above 90 percent.
PASS provides at-risk students in Carroll County and Carrollton City with the tools needed to succeed, graduate and ultimately become successful and contributing citizens of our community.
