Our Executive Director
Brooke Mobley
Brooke Mobley is the Executive Director for Partners Advancing Student Success (PASS), having joined the team in September 2022.
​
A Carrollton, Ga. native, Brooke is a graduate of the Carrollton City School System and earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of West Georgia (UWG). Throughout her career, she has developed strong connections within both the education sector and the local community. Brooke has worked as an admissions counselor at both UWG and West Georgia Technical College. She has also remained deeply committed to the community through her involvement with the Tanner Medical Foundation’s Magnolia Ball, the Central Elementary School Parent Teacher Organization (PTO), the United Methodist Children’s Home, and the Carroll County Child Advocacy Center (CCCAC).

In addition to her professional and community endeavors, Brooke was recently sworn in as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), further demonstrating her dedication to supporting children and families in need.

In her personal time, Brooke enjoys spending time with her husband, Tim, and their three children, Will, Jake, and Sarah Ellis. She is passionate about staying active in sports, particularly through her involvement with her children’s recreational and extracurricular activities. Brooke is also actively engaged with her church, Carrollton First Methodist Church, and enjoys playing tennis with the Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association (ALTA).
Bookkeeper/Office Assistant
Kara Jackson
Kara Jackson is the in-house accountant and administrative support for Partners Advancing Student Success. She joined the PASS team in February of 2023.
Kara is from Carrollton, Ga graduating from Carrollton High School. She continued her education earning a Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree in Economics from the University of Georgia. Go Dawgs! She then went on to start her career in Investment Banking in Atlanta for many years. After moving back to Carrollton, she began her career in public and private accounting. Kara furthered her education and earned a Master of Professional Accounting at the University of West Georgia.
In her personal time, Kara enjoys spending time with her husband Roy, and daughters, Sara and Palmer. She loves staying active and running as well as supporting and watching her children in all their extracurricular activities. She is a big fan of the Carrollton Trojans! Kara is also very active in her church, First Baptist Church of Carrollton.



PASS Advocates are well-equipped men and women who work with our middle and high school at-risk students on a daily basis. Our advocates partner with the school systems and community to provide support and resources to assist students and meet their individual needs.
Through their dedication, our Advocates help students reach their full potential and inturn become successful citizens who will be much more likely to graduate and become productive members of our community.
